ClusMED National ICT regulatory framework Analysis Reports

The five national reports highlight major findings and relevant aspects on ICT National Strategy, major initiatives and cooperation programs and ICT regulatory framework. The analysis is focused on institutional frameworks, regulations/initiatives, adoption levels, enforcement mechanisms of four ICT for societal Challenges regulatory framework in: Health, Food and agriculture, Energy and Security.
The reports are collected within the reference number D3.3.1 National ICT regulatory framework Analysis. 

ClusMED Development of methodology and benchmark criteria

The report describes the methodology and benchmark criteria to be used for the implementation of the comparative analysis of the five National ICT regulatory frameworks among them, in order to give a MED regulatory framework to be compared and benchmark with a European model. The report is collected within the reference number D3.3.2 Development of methodology and benchmark criteria.

ClusMED Regulation Database available online

 It is available online into section “Common Information Database” the collection of National ICT legal and regulatory issues in MED countries engaged in the design and implementation of ICT regulations for the five Mediterranean countries involved, analyzed and clustered according to specific categories (such as country of origin, document’s type and main subject covered).
